Trustmade Nomad Hardshell Rooftop Tent

The tent is fantastic. It was very easy to set up in the garage, but a little more challenging to mount. You need two or more people. I'm 6'2" and can lay in it and have a few inches left at both ends. The mattress is fine, though I will probably add my sleeping pad. My 75lb dog can sleep right beside me with lots of room. The construction is sturdy. My first trip is coming up, but for first impressions of the actual functionality of the tent, I am super impressed and can't wait to use it.

Absolutely love this tent so far! This is really easy and fast (5 min) to setup. Absolutely efficient. I have used it under medium rain and sun in temperature range between 2C to 20C so far. Very good material that will last (there is more rugged on the market but you have to double the price you pay). You can leave your bedding inside as long as it is a slightly thin sleeping bag on blanket, lots of space for 2 and long enough. Weight does not affect the driving of your vehicle (tried on Ram 1500 and a Rav 4 so far) never noticed a difference on the driving.

I can't imagine camping without this car top tent now. It's so convenient and comfortable, and it allows us to camp in places we never could before. I've already recommended this product to several of my friends and family members.

I've tried a lot of different tents over the years and this car top tent is by far the best. It's durable, comfortable, and has held up well in all kinds of weather conditions. I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves camping or road-tripping.
